A determined and focused professional with valuable Business Management and administrative experience, skilled at working with a diverse group of people in a variety of office based environments and in different industries.
Over the past decade I have provided Management and Administrative support for all kinds of businesses and busy people in all kinds of demanding positions. My work has helped them to find more time in each day, relieve some of the stress that comes from overwhelming workloads, save money by improving efficiency strategies and providing assistance only when it is required.
After finishing my Masters, I began my career in Management, overseeing daily business operations and training staff for a small commercial company in the west end of London. I then went on to become a Business Development Manager & PA to managing directors of a company that specialises in high-value jewellery and watches. In 2015, I helped two investors set up their new business venture, with my tasks including Business Management, Marketing, HR, recruitment, financial accounting, event management and PA support establishing a streamline of office processes and procedures.
Three years later, I began working as a Business Management Consultant and private Virtual Assistant. It was in this role that I recognised the need of small-Medium businesses and families for Management and administrative support.
Since setting myself up as a Business Consultant, I have applied my skills to both private and business activities across a range of sectors, including Management, admin, recruitment & training, finance, web development, marketing, social networking , translation and travel. I have also developed a large network of business associates and trusted service providers.
Based now in Essex, I work either remotely from my office, locally on site or virtually depending on my clients’ needs.
I pride myself on being approachable, self-starting and discreet, and my communication skills are second to none. I am bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English.
